Surgical Procedures

Deep Plane Facelift
and Necklift

A facelift and necklift restore the contours of the lower face and neck in a way that feels natural and enduring. This procedure gently lifts and repositions deep facial tissues—not just skin—so that the results are elegant and restorative, not overdone. The goal is not to change your face, but to refine and return it to a more rested, sculpted version of itself. This is ideal for softening jowls, re-establishing jawline definition, and addressing sagging in the neck. Every lift is customized to the patient’s anatomy and aging pattern with the utmost care to preserve facial character, achieve long-lasting rejuvenation, and support discretion.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty is a fusion of structure and aesthetics. Every nose must breathe well and look harmonious but also age well and remain stable. Whether you seek cosmetic refinement, functional improvement, or both, this procedure is tailored to you. Cosmetically, rhinoplasty addresses shape, proportion, and balance. Functionally, it ensures that the nasal passageways are optimized—improving airflow, correcting a deviated septum, or restoring normal breathing following injury or prior surgery. The result is a nose that fits your face and works as it should, all while preserving your uniqueness.

Eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty)

The eyes are often the first feature to show signs of aging. Blepharoplasty—surgery of the upper and/or lower eyelids—refreshes this delicate area by removing or repositioning excess skin, muscle, and fat. The result is a smoother, more awake appearance without changing your natural expression or creating a hollowed out appearance. Done well, this procedure is subtle but powerful: it restores brightness and softness to the eyes while preserving their character and overall shape.

Brow Repositioning

Sometimes the heaviness around the eyes stems from a descent of the brow rather than just the eyelids. Endoscopic brow elevation lifts and restores brow position through tiny incisions hidden behind the hairline. This procedure can be done alone or alongside eyelid surgery to restore openness and brightness to the upper third of the face. Sometimes this is required in conjunction with facelift to minimize pleating. The approach is highly individualized but always favoring nuance over exaggeration.

Facial Fat Grafting

Facial fat grafting restores volume using your own natural tissue, harvested gently from the abdomen or thigh and meticulously refined before placement. This technique allows for nuanced contouring of the cheeks, temples, jawline, and under-eye area while improving skin quality over time. Because the material is your own fat, results appear natural and age gracefully. Facial fat grafting is often performed in conjunction with facelift surgery, but can also be used as a standalone facial rejuvenation procedure for carefully selected patients.

Lip Lift

A lip lift shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip, subtly increasing upper tooth show and enhancing lip shape without the use of fillers. The incision is placed discreetly beneath the nose and typically heals very well when performed with proper technique. As we age, the upper lip lengthens—this procedure is designed to address that specific anatomical change. A lip lift is a powerful but selective operation and is recommended only for patients with clearly defined indications.

Buccal Fat Removal

Buccal fat removal is designed to refine the lower cheek and enhance facial definition by selectively reducing excess buccal fat. When performed thoughtfully, it can improve contour and highlight bone structure without creating a hollow or overdone appearance. This procedure may be performed on its own or in combination with a facelift for patients with true buccal fullness. Because facial fat naturally changes with age, buccal fat removal is not appropriate for everyone and requires precise judgment.

Chin Augmentation

Chin augmentation improves facial balance and profile harmony using a carefully selected, inert implant designed for long-term safety and stability. The implant is placed through a small incision beneath the chin, leaving no visible facial scars. Chin augmentation is commonly performed alongside facelift or rhinoplasty to optimize overall facial proportions. Thoughtful chin enhancement can dramatically improve facial balance while remaining subtle and natural in appearance.
